iCareer Launches "Digitera" Program to Equip Youth with Future-Ready Skills

iCareer has announced the launch of its "Digitera" program, which aims to prepare and qualify young people for the job market by focusing on the practical skills that companies need now and in the future. The company stated on its LinkedIn account that by 2026, the job market will no longer rely solely on academic degrees but will instead focus more on skills and the ability to execute tasks effectively. It explained that the Digitera program concentrates on three main areas: building Automation Pipelines, designing BI Dashboards (Business Intelligence Dashboards), and developing AI Dev Stacks (Artificial Intelligence Development Stacks). The program targets university students and graduates, especially those from faculties of Commerce, Media, Engineering, and Computer Science, with a particular focus on graduates who have not yet completed military service and wish to excel in their professional fields. The company confirmed that the program is completely free, but the admission process is selective. It requires full commitment to the program's requirements, that the applicant be a graduate or job seeker, and reside within Greater Cairo. iCareer noted that registration is available via this link. iCareer is one of the leading companies specializing in "education for employment" in the Middle East and North Africa region, working to bridge the gap between educational outcomes and the needs of the actual job market through targeted training programs.
